Step 1

Online application

Find the job you are interested in on our careers site and apply online. We’ll be happy to read all your applications!

Step 2

HR interview

Once we receive your application and if you are shortlisted, you will be contacted for a virtual or an in-person HR interview with our hiring team.

Step 3

Case study

If you are applying for a Consultant, Senior Consultant or Manager position, you may be asked to experience a case study interview where you can show your analytical and methodical skills.

Step 4

Advanced interview

On this step, you’re probably going to meet one of our Managers, Principals or Vice-Presidents which could mean one of your future team member.

Step 5

Final interview

Depending on the role you’re applying for, you’ll probably meet one of our partners.

Step 6

References

If you get to this step, Hold tight! We’re almost there!

You might be asked to give up to two previous directors or managers so we can take a reference.

Step 7

Offer & Onboarding

If you succeed in the recruitment process, our HR team will contact you to share the offer letter and assist you for the onboarding experience.
