Group Digital Marketing Coordinator

As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Group Digital Marketing Coordinator with a strong emphasis on B2B campaigns for a fixed-term contract of 6 months starting end of October 2024.
The ideal candidate will be tasked with developing, executing, and overseeing digital marketing tactics to raise our brand awareness and generate business opportunities.
You will be given enough autonomy to grow yourself while being coached by the Group Marketing Director to take a step forward in both your projects and career.
We expect you to be an active team player, working in tandem with all key internal and external stakeholders, across our geographies, as this is key in our group philosophy. We can proudly state that we have a 90% retention rate of clients, so building long term and trusting relationships is part of our DNA.
You’ll work closely with the Group Marketing Director and international teams from different verticals and practices. This job position is a truly international one.
What we expect you to do
- Develop, implement, and manage EFESO’s digital marketing campaigns including all channels (email, LinkedIn, website, etc)
- Design, write, and deploy messages in the correct formats, on the appropriate channels, based on campaign insights. Ensure our content (points of view, client interviews, client success stories, etc) are visible towards our audience.
- Collaborate with internal clients to understand their goals, target audience. Therefore, ensure proper audience targeting and relevance.
- Enhance our digital presence through Social Media, Website, SEO, Google Ads,… by managing our LinkedIn presence both organically and through paid campaigns and Implementing Google Ads campaigns with the support of an agency
- Manage / Implement email campaigns through EFESO’s CRM and marketing automation tool
- Create the necessary workflows in CRM for automating sales and marketing campaigns
- Ensure that the website content is up-to-date
- Strong contribution to the website revamp/migration
- Contribute to the SEO strategy (including brand content, etc.)
- Update the intranet and send weekly e-newsletters
- Make data-driven decisions to improve return on investment of marketing campaigns, adjust strategies based on tracked information, and update lead flows to ensure maximum efficiency
- Project-manage all campaigns from beginning to end, ensuring they meet the target objectives
- Coordinate digital agencies
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Analyze / Manage traffic KPIs from our digital channels
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 to 6 years of relevant B2B Marketing experience within a B2B service compapny
- Solid understanding of development and execution of integrated campaigns and a track record of managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM systems, social media platforms and scheduling tools, email marketing platforms, Adobe Creative suite, MS Office
- Data Driven B2B marketing professional
- Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills in English. Knowledge of other languages such as French, German, Italian will be a plus.
- Quick-thinking, hands-on, excellent project management skills
- Able to work autonomously and with different teams
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-orientated
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Curiosity mindset with an ability to stay up-to-date with new digital tools, run regular benchmarking of competitors and best practices to continuously enhance our digital marketing efforts
